Replacing sidelights

Am i missing something here? I've just done the indicators,not exactly easy,and i think my hands are average size!...

...so i thought i'd just have a quick lok at the DRL's and sides,as they're next on the list...

DRL's are easy to remove,but how do you get the sidelights out? Access isn't great,but i managed to squeeze my hand in...tried twisting,pulling...c'mon,how do you get the little suckers out?

should just pull out. might be a rubber seal on it but that should be it.

You mean i should pull harder then!

Sooo easy,but i didn't want to break anything....

I gave up trying to change the sidelights. Couldn't get my hand to them for some reason. Just hope they dont blow while I have the car.

Now don't i feel like a right numpty....i just pulled harder,easy really!
