Help installing Bluetooth on RNS-e

I've just got an OEM Audi Bluetooth module (8P0862335F) & mic (8L1862373A) but haven't got the wiring loom.

Which loom is it best to get - the Audi one, or the Kufatec one?

Is there a guide anywhere on how to fit the BT module, and I need to re-code the RNS-e with VAGCOM?

Any other fitting tips would be much appreciated.

Oh, and are there any know issues with the 'F' module?
