Coming Home Lights

Anyone ever used VAG COM so switch on this function - so that when you open the car you get front and rear lights on till you turn the ignition?

Yes this can be done VERY easily if you have vagcom.

Basically in short you need a wiring coming from one of the electrical connections under the steering wheel which needs to be earthed to an earthing point on the car and then enabled on vagcom.

...unless you have bi-xenons, in which case it only takes a bit of coding!

I'll be getting my facelifted A3 in about a month!

I was wondering if it was possible to turn the CH/LH function ON so only the LED's would stay ON?

thats not true, i have bi-xenons and just doing the coding doesn't make it work, the earth wiring needs to be done too.
