2006/56 haldex service

hi all I am picking my (new to me) 2006/56 A3 170 Quattro up tommorow and asked the garage (VW) to check if the 4x4 system needed a service. In the handbook for my 2002 A4 it says that A3's should have the haldex oil changed at 20k and my new car has done 17k.

Can some one tell me if this has changed since 2002?
