    S3 Spacers or No Spacers?

    Hi guys,

I'm not really a techie when it comes to modding a car.

Obviously I know whats what but don't know the adverse affects.

What spacers do ppl fit to the S3's, are any before/after pics.

10mm front and 12mm rear, there's loads of posts about it if you use the search bud.

Just missed a Group Buy on spacers as well...

    H&R spacers group buy?

A lot of people are having to replace the rear top arche screw with a smaller one when running 15's on the rear.

Dependent on suspension fitted I think as even the screw isnt a perfect solution, still rubs & only 12mm rears is safe bet.

Anyway Damian did you get a price for the B6's fella?

well 12mm not huge amount, 15 is better but rubs so depends what your suspension is, 15 with rock hard suspension would be ok as wouldnt travel enough to rub, but I'm assuming you dont want a rock hard arse ride, I personally wanna bring the arches out more so I can run 15-20's but have to talk to someone else about that, of course wider spacers more stress on the shafts
