hi guys, i have been looking on ebay and found this 110284412871 its a modification to change your pre facelift a3 to a s3 facelift front, i know some peeople have done it on hear but having to change the bonnet etc this bumper is apparently a straight swap. what are your thoughts on quality and looks? thanks

Its because the grill does not meet up to the bonnet like on the genuine bumper, there is an extra piece in between the grill and bonnet

You can buy direct from audi all the genuine parts for £610 retail inc vat. £610 includes the S3 bumper, grill, bonnet and fog surrounds. I did the conversion see link below

adding your prices it comes to £902.77, even knocking off £100 for not getting the optics grill its more that £610? Does that include the foglights, can you reuse the original bumper backing?

The ebay pictures show with and without headlight washers, what are they selling? I does look a bit gappy on the bonnet edge compared to the OEM.

I wasn't including the fogs, fog wiring, fog plugs or the optics. oh I forgot the reinforcement bar, so its £667.25. If you buy the one of ebay I still think you will need to buy new style fogs and wiring.

Depends if you have xenons and need the washer caps, you would use your existing pipes for the washer jets.

Heres all the prices including VAT retail, I managed about 15% discount of these prices through trade

S3 fog each £57.35 (2)
Fog plugs each £5.72 (2)
Fog repair wires each about £5.00 (2)
Side impact reinforcement/carrier £56.28
S3 silver grill £134.80
S3 bumper £230.96
S3 fog surround each £20.54 (2)
