I had mine out on friday night to fit my lamin-x. you start by pulling out on the inside (i.e. the bit nearest the grill) round the horizontal bar bit and with a bit of effort it just pops out.
had a bit of trouble getting them back in though - I got the bit round the foglight to clip in properly but the inside bit wouldn't go in fully.
I have it booked in for its first service on Saturday so I'll ask them to sort it.
