My comments were in regard to the morality of double standards , not crime and punishment .

as for me ? I joined to watch people slip down wet stairs on the way to the cells ,

I thought this was appropriate. I have never seen such a cock as Clarkson. He really is a pure dobber.

He only says this sort of thing to wind the politically correct brigade up.

I'm not going to rush out there now and see if I can hit 186mph just because he says he did. Yes I know my car wouldn't do that anyway but you get my point

I've no idea where/what the Limerick Link is (this is where he claims he did 186mph) but I bet its a shopping centre car park or cul-de-sac. The highest order cocks are the politicians and Road Safety gestapo who take these utterances seriously and call for Clarkson's head.

    He's a middle order cock.

He said it was some London ring road, or something.
It was on the radio 1/2 an hour ago.
He then said "it may not have been me, but it was someone"
Making reference to the fact he got off with speeding in an Alfa (I think) because they didn't have a record of giving him the car.

If they wanted to make a difference they'd work for a charity surely?

    It is the Limehouse Link.

    From Wikipedia:
The Limehouse Link tunnel is a tunnel carrying the A1203 road in the Limehouse area of East London.
It was constructed to provide a key section of a new east-west route between Central London and the Royal Docks area of London Docklands. The Limehouse Link runs across the northern edge of the Isle of Dogs, providing a connection from the northern approach to Tower Bridge eastwards to a junction with the A13 just west of the River Lea

New starters on the Aldi graduate scheme get 32k.

Yeah, but to be a graduate you have to have done years of study.
There's sod all about qualifications on the police websites I've looked at.

and you say it with such certainty - unfortunately it's not quite correct

my mate has recently started as a postie - incl afternoon collections he's grossing over 30k

I'm sure there's others out there

with respect to the years of study; they do train, assess and examine graduates - and if they do pass they are put on a probationary period

I'm sure the training must involve a course on how to speak "copperspeak" because they sure don't speak the way other humans do.

Instead of "You were driving your car too quickly down this road" its "You were observed traversing this autoexpressway in your vehicle at speeds which do not comply with regulations".

Or: "You have been detained by myself for a violation of Road and Traffic disorder for traversing the highway in your automobile vehicle whilst commencing a conversation on your mobile telecommunications handset"

    Instead of:
    "You're nicked."

Seems like you guys dont really fancy the cops?

My last experience with a cop was with si00adg, when we were driving around some town near the M3. The cops stoped us for questions.

Apparently quite a few have been nicked, and they were intrigued when they see 2 S3s just rounding about the area aimlessly. At least they were doing their job.

    NW London

His day consists of being at work at 5.30 am to throw off his letters, doing his round and a lunchtime van collection

goes home for lunch and a kip

back on the vans for the late afternoon collection, home for tea and medals at 6.30 pm

he says it's the easiest job he's ever done (bearing in mind he's the hardest grafter I know)

My dad owns a breakers yard so if you need any other parts just ask i may be able to help.

There seems to be a lot of nabbable bits in his past items, loads and loads of mini side repeaters which he says "just clip in, 2 second job to fit" lol
