Short answer - No. You 'could' get the climate control to work but it will take a lot more parts than just the front panel. You'd need to replace the entire heater box as a climate control model is all controlled by electric motors and actuators.

This would be a huge undertaking, not imppossible but not cheap and very labour intensive if you couldnt do the job yourself.
