Stock Australian 8P S3 Dyno Result and a couple of pics

Had my car dyno'ed today...
It's a stock Australian spec (188kW) 8P S3; 98RON fuel...
Very consistent across the 3 runs I did, peaked at 167.4kW

it's only losing 11% in the drivetrain.

Is the Australian car less as standard than the UK car? 188kw is only 252hp

182kw is 244hp
174kw is 233hp
167kw is 224hp

Green = Stock
Red = MTM
Blue = GIAC + BMC CAI

Same dyno, same day, different cars though. Figures are as measured at all 4 wheels.

And yes, the stock Australian S3 is (ECU) de-tuned.

nice nice. was going to dyno my S3 last friday. but my manager's friend couldn't find a place to tight it up. so will see how we go next time. or if you guys can tell me where is a good place to tight it.

exactly... thats got me confused; but my other 2 runs were almost identical
so its either a bad dyno (most other people that day were getting what they were expecting from what i gather) or the s3 is underspecced.

I think thats one of the reasons what makes the MKV Haldex better , Awesome GTI told last week between 18-20% losses!

Sounds perfect for the 188kw spec. My S3 pushed 167 kw on the wheels on the dyno. Car is stock. At that specific dyno the stock S3's pushed in a range from 153 kw (car had only 100km on the odo) to my 167 kw.
