Door Sensors

Hi guys, does anyone know where the sensors for the doors are located?

For some reason the interior lights and door lights dont come on when the door is opened. The computer is not showing an open door either.

Iv looked and looked but be ******** if i can find anything...

Oh no, I hope this isn't a repeat of the old Golf IV design flaw with gunked up micro switches in the door lock modules.

Yep, I swopped a door lock on my 8L A3, a bit fiddly but can be done in an afternoon.
