The seal on the car body rather than the actual door has worn through by rubbing on leaving the car , Does anyone know how easy it is to replace , ie how to remove the plastic surrounding the seal on the inside of the vehicle .

its easy, you can get the rubber off and replace it by just pushing it under the trim, don't remove the trim unless you need to, its a pain to do.
