Hello all..... Quick question...Is it possible to retro fit heated front seats in an S-line A3? Or are the heating elements (as i suspect) an integral part of the seat from construction?

Cheers.

Paul.

Yes you can. Its an aftermarket kit so the switch will be different. Still nice and discreet though.
Have a look here www.richtersport.co.uk

You can buy the heating elements, switches and wiring and install it yourself. No need for new seats, but you do need to strip the seat down to the foam to install it.

There is a DIY guide for this which I've seen before (including part numbers), I'll see if I still have it. But just google for audi a3 diy etc in the interim.

Heated seats can be a dealer fit option, so can't be that difficult...

If you know someone who has access to the VAG workshop software then they can see the instructions there ;)
