S3 Haldex

Hi,
I have just bought a 2007 S3 and taking it to B'thorpe next week. If I switch the ESP off, does the car then become front wheel drive only, ie no Haldex working. Thanks a lot.

I'm going to be at Brunters on the 28th - in answer to your question...no, it'll only turn Traction control off....if the front loses grip then it'll transfer some of the power to the back wheels.

If you want male S3 become FWD you have to put out FUze from ABS and then the computer should automaticly swithech off haldex.
