The wait is unbearable, so I decided to readup on the car. Reviews and such are too subjective, and I've had my test drive.

Looking for self study literatures like the ones available for the B5 S4 and such

http://www.audi-s.net/tips/BOOK/PDF/Audi_S4_engine_english.pdf
http://www.ibiblio.org/tkan/audi/RS4_Training_Guide.pdf
http://qbn.rdefined.com/HALDEX.pdf

Poking around, I found this, but nothing more

It would be great if anyone can help provide/locate a copy for all here to read.
Information on the S3 is vague and inconsistent on american forums as they dont get the car:p

Thanks in advance.

Here's the best review you're gonna read:

EVO magazine is the bible when it comes to performance cars.
you sure?

Electromechanical actuation of the rear-mounted clutch-pack that divides up the drive front/rear (40/60 under normal conditions) can even predict when wheels will start slipping (under full throttle from a standing start, for example) and send up to 100 per cent of drive to wherever it’s most use.
isnt't the s3 a prodominantly front wheel drive car, with haldex never sending more than 50% to the rear?

Get the uprated Haldex unit and you'll be laughing!
even with the uprated haldex unit it never sends more than 50% to the rear. all it does is have that 50% engaged BEFORE the front wheels start slipping, not after it senses it.

Thats correct EVO got it wrong. Its just another car mag not a performance car bible.

The short answer is yes, however most of them are in German. I hope to be able to get some in English in the not to distant future.

...meanwhile, stick around this website where you find the valued opinions and expert knowledge of real owners, many of whom have owned several of them for extended periods.
