    Which Eibachs?

    Alright peeps!

Just about to order some lowering springs for my A3, there are 2 types of Eibachs though ......

    1. Eibach Pro Kit, this lowers 30mm all round (will need more I think). http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pag...html?id=445014
    2. Eiback Sportslines, lowers 45-50 Front & 35-40mm Rear http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pag...html?id=444847
The car is on completely standard springs at the mo so looks like an allroad! Which package is going to be best do you think??

    TIA

Personally I would go for the set that gets the car the closest to the height the S-Line kit lowers the A3 by. I say this because IMO that height is just right for an A3 on 18" RS6's. Alternatively can you not sourde the S-Line kit 2nd hand?

So did you go for the Pro Kit or Sportlines?
Any problem with carpark speed humps etc?

I went for the sportslines (bigger drop). I haven't had any issues with speed humps or it grounding out over big bumps yet, I can imagine that the front overhang will hit kerbs in car parks but I'm not about to go and try it out! After looking at a few s-lines I'd say it's probably 10mm lower...chuffed
