    2007 A3 with Concert III

Hi - some advice if anyone has a spare 5mins.

I will be purhcasing a car with the above stereo system - no Bose.

The no Bose bit pains me, having had two previous A3s with the Bose system. However, my plans are to upgrade the system -

    1) How far can I go with the Concert III stock unit - i'd like to improve the speakers and bass without havign to change the stock headunit to maintain the original look of the car.

    2) Re. the above, I want to install an RNS-E system, how would this affect being able to upgrade the speakers and bass.

Please treat me with kid gloves I am a novice-!!

    Thanks in advance

Not 100% sure how it works, buthte standard stereo has powered speakers ( basically individually amped), found mine to be quite good, although get iphone interference fromt he dash speaker and the phone. So not sure how you can replace the powered speakers.
Any spelling/ grammatical errors are there purely to annoy!

Anyone else got anything to add to this - has anyone else without Bose attempted to "improve" the Concert III/RNS-E system
