I've seen a 2003 TDi 140 sport which looks mint and the price seems ok - the problem is it has 105000 miles :(

At this mileage would things get expensive - will things be on their last legs - turbo, suspension, gearbox, etc?

I would say particularly turbo and suspension and off course MAF... otherwise should be fine
