Help diagnosing oil leak

My 3.2 sportback has developed an oil leak. Although it is not enough to leave a mark on the ground, when the car gets up to temp you can smell it!!
It is coming from somewhere around the brake mastercylinder/servo area but there is no visible dripping going on.The engine oil level has never visibly moved and niether has the Brake fluid
The car has been down to Huddersfield Audi and after an hour of searching they cannot find it.

Oh and I'm also getting a recuring Lambda probe fault at full throttle/high rpm?

Well, It turns out it's a gearbox seal that is faulty and needs replacing. These are on back order and could take up to 4 weeks to come.
So in the meantime I have been given an A4 2.0Tdi, this car is just sooo not me!!!, fingers crossed they can get it done quicker.
Hope it hasn't done any long term damage.
