bumper question

Hi all, was wondering in order to change from a sports 3door 2004 bumper to a s-line 2006 bumper isit a straight swap or will it need a different bonnet?
Also do the s-line models have different side skirts??

The one piece grill... my current one is the standered 2 piece one which is on all the 2003+ models
 
in order to change the bumper from a 2004 to 2006 you need the 2006 bonnet as well

the skirts are the same for all 3 doors!
 
does the bonnet fit straight on??? is there any other adjustments i need to make
 
the bonnet will fit but its just the hassle of finding an undammaged one, possibly painting it or buying new from audi

no other adjustments as far as i am aware!
 
Called audi in huddersfield, they said i wont need a new bonnet??????
 
they are wrong - next time you see a facelift A3 have a close look between the chrome on the grill and the headlight...the distance is different as well as the lines on the bonnet
 
I agree with Boydie, a search on here will dig up some old posts on the subject of people have done it
