Brushed kerb. Tyre crack. Safe?

Letting the other car go in a narrow street, my tyre brushed the kerb and on closer inspection there is slight cracks in the sidewall of the actual tyre. :crying:
Is the tyre safe? Can't find much info on the internet confirming this.

Looks ok to me, they don't seem very deep. Tyre wall is thicker than you would think.
 
Easy way to check, take a key or something similar and press it against the tyre by the split. This should effectively open up the split so you can see how deep it is. if it is 1-2mm you are prob ok, anything more than that then think about the way you drive and make a call about whether you want to risk a blow out.

If in doubt chuck it out.
