Wheel Offset Question

Dear A3 / S3 fans,

I have a 2007 FWD A3 2.0T and would like to upgrade to 18 inchers. the wheels that I have in mind are 18 x 8 s4 replicas with 45 offset. I was told that the original 18 x 7.5 are 50 offset. Will this fit on my car without any problems?

Yes, will be just like putting 5mm spacers on so loads of room.

Thanks for the tip.... Can't wait to upgrade to 18's. Anyone have any good/bad experiences with the s4 replicas (Italian ones)?
