As the title suggests, just incase I have a problem with my A3, I wouldn't really know where to go.

Some of the garages I know here have a really bad rep but I don't know any Audi Specialist garages so wondering if someone else does? It doesn't have to be IN Croydon but aslong as it isn't really far.

Same applies for dealers, which one actually knows what there doing...

I only know the Croydon Audi in Purley Way but not even sure if there good or not...

Thanks in advance.

We recently took our 53 plate a3 there for a service, the car was washed and cleaned when we collected it with a free packet of travel sweets, a nice touch

They even gave me a lift back to work as I was only 20 so I couldn't get a courtosy car.

I took my 05 plate A3 to Epsom Audi last week for the 2-year brake fluid replacement service (Croydon Audi had declined to do this at the 1st AVS service last October). Epsom Audi charged the same as quoted by Croydon Audi (£105 total - 0.70.hours labour).

Upon the return of my car I discovered that Epsom Audi had managed to lose my Service Schedule during this simple "while-you-wait" process and I had to wait another 45mins until they eventually found it in someone else's car at different premises. I had left the book on the front passenger seat of my car. They then refused to stamp the service book, stating that "it wasn't a service". I insisted and pointed out that it is a requirement for the warranty (i.e., in order to maintain the validity for the 3rd year, including Audi-Assist). They did concede grudgingly but treated me like a village idiot.

Form your own opinion.
