Roof Rack - Question/Help

Hi

I've just bought a second hand roof rack from fleabay for my A3 (3 door) but its come without fitting instructions or the security key.

Does anyone know the part number for the key and can someone help me out by scanning their instructions?

I'm sure I can work it out but I don't want to scratch the paint work!
 
I think you need to give more information.
Going on my experience with my Thule setup then...

Do you mean a rack or do you mean roof bars or do you mean the "feet" that attach to the guttering?

What make/model is/are the rack/bars/feet if you want a scanned intruction sheet?

Do the lock barrels have numbers on them?
 
If its a Thule I think the barrels all have differen keys and you also need to say if its to fit the gutter or roof rails.

If it is a Thule set and its to fit the gutters and the same part numbers as I have then pm your details and I'll happily photocopy and send/fax them to you. I have the 750 foot pack + 769 bars + 1417 kit.

I think if you run a google search you may find the fitting instructions.
 
Sorry for the confusion.

The rack I have is the official Audi roof bars pn 8P0071126A for the 3 door A3.

Any help would be great.
