I like it! Very subtle mod and would suit a lot of owners who think the single frame grill has too much presence. Looks cool in black too.

Was it easy to fit?

A bit of a bitch. The bumper has to come off. Clips all the way round the grille which you can just get to from the outside and then two sodding screws at the back, one on either side of the plate.

Worth it though I reckon. It's three separate parts, the surround, the grille and the number plate plinth.

Blimey, just had a look on the S3 configuratior and the Black Options pack is a £440 option. Yikes.

Might be better to consider a tin of black hammerite and some polish as a better alternative...

..or buy the kit and then fit it aftermarket.
