Does anyone know what month Audi announces its upgrades for the new model year?

I'm thinking of ordering a new S3 in the new year, and I have a nightmare that after I do, Audi will announce significant upgrades for the new (2008) model year. They did this to me with my old 2000 S3 - a few weeks after I took delivery, they upgraded the power from 210BHP to 225BHP and changed the dashboard architecture and lights for MY 2001! Oh, and they dropped the list price as well!!

Predictions?

Dealer I spoke to stated there are no plans within the next 2 years to replace the A3 they said the next model to be replaced would be the A4 which was due to change in 2008. I would think the current A3 has aleast another 3years in it. I have ordered an S3 and asked the same questions.

Sounds about right Eeef. Most major changes are announced around mid May (they were for 2005 and 2006 model years anyway) - this is the standard model year change. There can be some changes throughout the year, but normally only minor ones or additions to line up.
