ok how do u pull the studs out of the rear mats?

At last.... something I can answer 
I'm assuming you mean you can't get the carpet mat out of the car because the stud is in so tight??
If that's the case, the way I did it was to put my hand under the carpet and just gently 'wiggle' it off. Once they've been off and on a few times they are fine. Only other thing I can think of would be to pull up the carpet while you press down on the stud centre with something small & round (but flat so it won't mark the stud!)

Or alternatively you've just got new rear mats and they are held together on the packaging by cromed "pins".
Ease them apart gently, get a pair of pliers or side cutters and snip away.
