what oil do I need to use?

Hi Guys,

I've got a 2.0 TDI 140 (2005) and it has flashed up a warning light saying oil is very low. What oil do I need to use in this car??

Assuming you car is set for Variable servicing, any oil that complys with VW 507.00 specification. Castrol Edge 5w-30 is probably the most easily available. Halfords usually stock it or any Vw or Audi dealer. Halfords will probably be a little cheaper.

If you have not already used it, you may find a 1 litre bottle in the boot!
