I am in shock .
After 3 months of moaning ranting and raving Between Audi UK and their dealer network they have actually managed to comlete the mammoth task of realigning the bonnet on my brand new car and paint the bare metal left after the adjustment took place.
In total I have made 9 trips to various dealers to get this minor problem sorted and Audi have given me a free 1st service on the car for my troubles.
I dont want a free service I just want my car repaired promptly and curteously and I certainly dont want my time wasted listening to waffle , excuses and drivel. Why do the staff look so shocked ,go off and sulk and get another insignificant manager when you tell them to stop speaking
