The oil thing is true.
They don't ask if you want it,they don't check if you need it.
You could have a new bottle sitting on your desk or in your garage.
A new one just gets chucked in the boot and added to the bill anyway.
I heard a wee story about the local Audi dealer t'other day.
Acquaintances of ours have an A3 on some sort of PCH deal.
They put it in for a service and they got a call saying it needed four new tyres,at 19000 miles !
The bloke informed them it was full maintenance,so the tyres were their problem.
On collection of the car,no new tyres.
When he queried it,they said it was "a mistake"
Yeah....coughbullshitcough....right...sure it was...
