I am completely unfamiliar with those autoroutes, as I tend to stay on the A6 A7 A9 A81. A20 on occasion.
My gps-based "detector" doesn't give me a map per se, so I can't tell you their positions.
As was indicated, all fixed radars are clearly anounced by a large, rectangular signpost on the right of the road. However, in addition to the 1,500 fixed radars, there are over 600 laser guns. These are hand-held on the side of a road, most frequently just after an overpass. There remain quite a few radar-equipped station wagons. These are unmarked Renault 21s and Peugeot 306SWs. I have seen white, dark grey and dark blue versions.
If you understand French, there is a phone number to be called just before leaving: it gives you positions of fixed radars, as well as mobile radars sighted that day, along your intended route.
If there is a language barrier, I'd be happy to look up the fixed radars' positions for you.
