Hi Guys
Hopefully someone can help with this. Last week, both the heater fan and washer motor stopped working.
Car is an Audi A3, 2008 model 1.9TDI.
I've replaced the fuses although there isn't a shared fuse. There's about 4 fuses in total for those 2 motors
From my research I assume it's a relay that is at fault, apparently there's a relay somewhere that controls both those 2 things so I assume this needs replacing. Although that was in a Passat:

Anyone have an idea which it is in the A3 and where it is ? The only ones I know about are the ones in the fuse box near the battery but apparently the 1 i need is "Close and opposite" to the fuse box in the dash box. That's the best description i've found that says where it is!
Any help would be appreciated
I have attached my VCDs report. It does mention electrical faults but I don't really understand what it is telling me.
