Smoothing front number plate recess

Has anyone smoothed the front number plate recess on the S3 or similar. I'm wanting to fit smaller plates on when I put my private reg on but there are loads of holes that will show from previous plates been fitted. Any help would be great. Thanks Adam

Ayou looking at doing your self or getting a garage to do it?

Just bang some body filler in and sand it smooth, then take for painting

Suppose I could do it myself. But the finish on the bumper where the number plate goes is like a rough plasticy grey so probably would end up having to spray they grill n everything to match?

Hmmm just had a look maybe I could get away with just spraying the recess bit or maybe even wrapping it?
