IVE GOT AN AUDI A3 1.9 TDI SPORT 2009 ITS GOT 90,000 ON THE CLOCK BUT THE DPF LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON EVERY FEW DAYS AS I DO A LOT OF LOCAL DRIVING. ANY ADVICE ON WHAT I SHOULD DO PLEASE?.
SHOULD I GET DPF REMOVED AND CAR MAPPED?.
WILL IT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON TURBO ETC?.
WHO CAN I GET IT DONE FROM?.

Firstly, WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE COMBO DESKTOP PC MAC TV HUMLIN BRAND MODEL 242 | eBay

Secondly car needs to be taken on a fast road and revs need to be held around 3-4k to increase EGT exhaust gas temps to attempt to burn off the sut in the clogged dpf.

Depending on location there are many tuners who can offer a DPF delete and map service.

thanks for the advice guys but taking it on the motorway is what i have done every few days.
Johnny do you know of any good places local to Bradford that do dpf deletes and remaps no cowboys.

only problem with removing the dpf is its now an MOT failure, so unless you have a friendly MOT tester may not be the best idea

Open it up, gut it, weld it up again, map to suit and bye bye problem.

I don't understand people who buy a diesel and only do local runs, you do yourself no favours nor are you getting the benefit of owning a diesel, you'd be better off with a petrol.
