    My revo stage 2+ S3

    New to here but thought I'd stick a couple photos up of how my s3 is coming along, had it around 3 months and been adding bits and bobs to it. Bought this after selling my 477bhp Astra Gsi!

    Few things done are
    Revo stage2+
    Turbo back miltek
    CTS turbo intake
    Black detailing
    H&R springs
    CH's 9 all round
    etc

    Thanks mate well it use to have a paddle clutch and SMF so was set for stage 3 but it's back to standard clutch and flywheel as hated driving it

    Pretty sure theyre reps as again im pretty sure bbs didnt do ch's 9j well at least in 18"

    Previously: 2001 AMK S3, Silver, Revo Remap, Milltek DV, KW Springs & Shocks, H&R ARB.

    Well done on the car.

    If you had problems with a paddle clutch(and I know how bad they are around town),an alternative is something like the Spec Stg3+ clutch I'm using.

    Full face carbon/metallic clutch plus SMF,and none of the snatching etc you get with a paddle type.
    Also good for over 560lbs.

    Top looking car, even better you got Stage 2+.
    Saves having to get all the work done, but when you want the need for more power its going to cost you to get Stage 3.

    Why is the power down so much? I've not seen this before

    That isnt stage 2+ mate, thats stage 1. Id get that checked out if I were you.

    It's had the map tweaked etc deffo on stage 2+ just no idea what's wrong with it Wallace performance claimed it was due to standard intercooler but I know a good handful running and been Dyno'd at 350+ with standard intercooler...

    I've changed things like recirc, turbo intake, I've checked everything and can't see anything wrong. Will delete PCV shortly

    That's a strange one mate. Never heard of that before. Maybe try getting the map re-loaded on the car? I have heard of that fixing problems before. And you are correct about the upgraded IC, def isnt the cause for your lack of power.

    maybe that's wheel hp? the reason i'm saying that is that torque seems about right at 370 lbs/ft which is 500Nm and that's beyond stage 2+ figures i've seen..

    Yeah, the torque figures seem to be fine but it's definitely down on power.. Im running standard IC with good figures so your right about it not being that.
