I know this had been covered and I have found answers but only from a few years ago,

i bought canbus error error led number plate lights which I fitted and don't seem to
work. Put old ones back in and still don't work!!
do I really need to get it on the computer to clear the fault so I can fit standards back in or is there a solution to this??

cheers guys

Charlie, if you put two known good (tested) normal bulbs in, and then cycle the ignition, then turn on the lights, they should work OK. The canbus had detected a blown/missing bulb(s), and has turned off the 12volt supply. The canbus will continue to look for two good bulbs, and when it finds them, on will come the supply. With the LED bulbs, are you sure you put them in the right way around?

Aww I get you thank you for that.

And they are not led bulbs complete units with led's bulit in to them, and can only fit 1 way haha.

Perhaps clear the cycle and start again???

There is a mahooooosive thread about the OEM Led units, fit them.
