G65 sensor location

My Econ light is on and the computer is showing the G65 sensor
its an Audi A3 2004 tdi
i changed this last year and it never cured the problem
Today i check for Volts to the plug but there is now power there

Im just wondering if i changed the right sensor?

If looking from front inside the bonnet, front bottom left of the rad there's a silver aircon pipe, its fitted to this.
 
Yeah thats what i changed just under the alternator belt.

Any clues on why there is now power getting to the plug
