Hl allJust got an a3 quattro 2.0tfsi manual
I Have an exhaust blow around the flex joint area. Will buying a decat downpipe eliminate this plus give me a bit more power?
What are my down pipe options as I don't fancy spending £400 on a miltek ?
Will a cheap 2wd decat downpipe from eBay fit with a little modification?

What's best oil for this car?

Had a mk5 gti before so like the extra traction
 
You'll need to map out the engine light that you'll receive after a de-cat, then (maybe) worry about MOT time.

(who you know, not what you know and all that)

It will make it flow better though, and the light is just a light, it wont go into limp mode. Just annoy you being there.

Get the flexi cut out and replaced if your not going to replace the whole system.

Oil= 5w30 504.00/507.00 Helix, Castrol, Quantum.
 
Same oil as your Golf.
But then again open your eyes and read forum thread on oil Or DO A SEARCH!
 
Chill out mate I didn't start a thread on oil did I...

Do I need an s3 / golf r downpipe to fit my quattro or will a 2wd fit ?

Looking at getting it mapped anyway
