Does a s3 grill for a 2009 a3 fit a 2009 a3 s line bumper?

Hi, basically i am thinking of fitting an s3 grill to my 2009 a3 s line.(both are facelifts) as i don't want to change the bumper, does the grill replace it or is it different length size etc..

Sure does did it last year just removed S3 badge and replace it with the S-line one
