P0183 - Fuel Temperature Sensor fault

I have this fault and it is pretty persistent, I put in a new sender, the fault stayed, I soldered on an new connector and the fault stayed.

I just saw that Ross Tech say check the fuse, anyone know which fuse to check?

Checked the sensor, 600ohms in a cup of hot water amd 10kohms under the cold tap, so the sensor is OK, has anyone else changes a fuse to fix this like recommended by Ross Tech? If there isn't a fuse the it must be a wire break somewhere pretty inaccessible.
