I'm buying above this afternoon providing it all checks out ok. Apart from the usual i want to ensure the engine and gearbox are 100% more than anything. Its done 92k, So far I've read:

*Check Engine oil level and coolant and signs of mixing, porous head etc.
*Check for oil change history on box.

I was wondering the best way to check the engine for smoke, can you still rev an auto up, ie does it have neutral?
Do the clutches need changing on s-tronics?

Can anyone else add to that, I've always had manuals prior so knowledge on auto box is low. Thanks

I have the BMN engine. Id make use the injectors have been changed this was a recall.
Also it has a DPF so bear that in mind.

I've got the car now. Love it but found out its had DPF removed and a remap. My issue with that is the boost in relation to throttle position increments is too much. Its s-tronic auto and I only have to press the pedal slightly and it shoots off!
