A VW specialist i cant imagine how it would stretch that quick and could something else be causing it to stretch ?

Doubt it is stretch, could be something totally different - it would just be a matter of trial and error. Did the specialist know about the squeak?
You could just return it and say it has started squeaking since he fitted the belt.....

yeah i have just spoke to the guy that has done it he said bring it back it could be the belt underneath it or something just an inconvenience taking it back and fort. thing is when it got serviced and has the belt changed it stopped sqeeking straight away now when ever its cold it does it forgot to say its a 2.0TDI
