Hi, I am a rookie when it comes to playing with my A3 compared to you guys.

I am wondering what I would need to remove my double din Audi Concert and install a double din touch screen.

My car is a 2009 8P3 and I have the Audi sub woofer in the boot but I don't believe I have Bose door speakers.

Thanks

This is my current headunit

And I would like to install something similar to this.

I also have a aux port near my hand break that I would like to keep.

Any advice would be much appreciated :)

ive got the same Concert head unit in my car and its the biggest pile of gash on this planet.

ive had alpine before & love the sound quality so going for the Alpine W920 after researching about it - got a parametric equaliser which im after.

dancupra, is it easy to install these aftermarket units?

Wasn't to bad to fit just really take time but it took most the day as wanted it to look good
GPS bit of it had to hide wire under glove box bit three bolts easy ,

dancupra225 did that headunit just plug and play or did you need any extra wiring ?

I'm concerned because of the Audi sub in my boot. I don't want to loose my rear speakers.

Yeah bro I'm 30 nearly Mrs likes it plus from the hardcore streets lol

Nope took one set of plugs from eBay and cage and just a day making it fit nice
And then maplins for hmdi adaptor for player easy
