Lost car key help

Basically I lost my spare car key, but the fob ISN'T programmed to the car, so all thats lost is basically a cut key. Will this be able to open the car and disable the alarm? or am I going to need to replace the locks on my car now?

Will it also disable the alarm? Or will the alarm still sound is someone gets into the car?

alarm will still work
but the audi alarm aint the loudest in the world anyway

still enough to scare them off and I live in an area where people are always around!

well if its lost in the huse alls good
if its lost outside then they prob wont know its to your car

the fob may not be programmed to turn alarm off but if the transponder inside is programmed it will still start the car, the fob is broke on my spare key and doesnt turn the alarm but i can open the door manually and as long as i put the key in the ignition and turn it on in 5 seconds the alarm doesnt sound

Where abouts are you blodderz I may be able to help you out if your not too far away? If it previously started your car it still will unless the key is coded out. I can write a new key over this one to prevent it being able to start the car. Changing the locks is a bit drastic, but always an option.
