Audi a3 rear LEDs and coding

Just got it back after having the later led rears fitted to my car. My indicators flash red, I have a yellow light on permanently and the neon side light isn't on, they followed instructions but it does say will need coding after fitting
Oh and no reverse, all bulbs are there they said

The outer rings are not coming on, on sidelights.

Btye 9 to Dec = 0 (mine says 00)
Byte 10 to Dec = 0 (mine says 00)
Byte 12 to Dec = 32
Byte 19 Bit 2 Cold Diagnosis rear active (mine says be disabled)
I am not sure what the 00 would do or the cold diagnostics rear active.

Did you put the adaptors on the correct side? Or will they only go one way? Did you connect the outer ring wire to the number plate feed?

It was fitted at garage and they said they followed the instructions, they said the lights need coding but I'm unsure how to go about it, surely I would see the outer ring lights

You need adaptors and the outer LED rings need to be tapped off the number plate lights.

Hi mate took it for coding and they said they had no response, could the two adaptors be the wrong way round? Is there a left and right? As I just told the guy who fitted them for me he said they wer taped together but not labselled left or right, iv told him to start again and switch adaptors! Then il have to take it for coding again. I'm so close to giving up...

Hi mate all sorted the adaptors wer the wrong way round, there are no faults or dash alerts do i still need them coding?

Yes you will need them coded as your brake lights will be on permanently

Yeh there are two red bulbs on Aswell as my outer neon light. This is not right is it, so the code I have seen on here should sort it all out yes?
