Shaikly's A3 S-Line Black Ed

Hi again,

Off the back of my other thread I thought I'd do a "build thread"



This is how she was when I picked her up.

Took me sometime to find one with the spec I wanted!

Audi A3 2.0TFSI DSG S-Line Black Edition


Xenon Headlights
Auto Light & Rain Sensors
MFSW
BOSE
Bluetooth and the Phone dock in Armrest
Heated Leather Interior
iPod Dock

Off the top off my head that's the main bits.

First upgrade was the pedals to the S3 style ones. Great improvement over the standard set.

Next up was the Steering Wheel.



Soooo much better than the original and so much more comfortable to hold! Had to rewire the airbag connector as it's from one of the newer models (unsure which).



Took her to the car wash and she came out looking like this (What's missing?) So instantly went and got some Velcro and stuck the plates on.

Car came with a towbar so while my brother was out picking up this rubbish



I was slaving away doing this



Million times better and go rid of that hideous thing!

Next up was a trip to Trups to have the led update all round




Then this weekends mods consisted of a trip to Coventry to pick up an Rns-E

Will upload some better pictures of the whole car at the weekend. When it's light enough to get some good pictures!

In that case I'm very most likely lying lol - I thought as it had the black grill it was a black edition. My bad! They are pretty hard to keep clean, however the rain we have been getting has been doing a great job! Haha
