a3 tdi 170 flat spot when setting off

hi all, ive had my a3 for 2 years and its got 130k on the clock now. about 3000 miles ago the turbo went so sent it in and had a replacement fitted(brand new). about 1000 miles ago it seems to have developed a flat spot when attempting to set off quickly.
when i set off it is very flat then all of a sudden it puffs a big cloud of black smoke (i had the dpf removed and deleted) then boosts as it should do?
would a remap cure this?

Hello. Did you ever fix this problem? My car is exactly the same with no fault codes. The garage I brought it from couldnt fix and and are refusing to do any more. Thank you
