2005 3.2 V6 haldex oil / filter change

Chaps,

does anyone posses a how to guide on changing the haldex oil and filter on a 2005 3.2 V6?

Secondly the oil came in a tub (I was expecting it in a cylinder to put in a gun) does the whole 1L need to go in? And I'm guessing its side fed as opposed to the plug being on the bottom as the early haldex's were?

Check YouTube, mk5 golf R32 it's same as A3 quattro. I used local indy and paid about. £45 all in.
Are sure it's haldex oil you have and not diff oil? They are completely different oils.
 
The oil and filter alone cost me £56.

It says haldex oil on the bottle so can only assume..
 
Is this normally cheap to get done by a garage? Mine hasnt been done since ive owned it and i couldnt find no receipt from previous owner saying it had been done.

Some suggested going Audi but can any normal garage go this?
