i'm making a 3.5" stainless decat and 3" down pipe - they are 2 seperate things on the A4 but still require a lot of parts, straigts, angles, flexi section, lambda bosses and i'll be dropping and EGT sensor / boss on mine from beach buggy turbos
i've made a few down pipes in the past and try and get all the bits i can from MIJ exhausts on ebay as they seem to have decent quality stuff reasonably priced.
i'm waiting for 1 more bend and some heatwrap from MIJ (should arrive today) then can set about mocking up a set up.
the k04 flange ID is 3.5" btw
