strange whistling noise from s3 engine bay

Hi folks, ive got a strange whistling sound coming from what sounds like my engine bay. its a s3 running on a revo stage 2+ map, the sound happens when accelerating hard to 70ish , then stays there until i slow down to about 25 mph.. any ideas guys??
